Family is the most important agent of socialization. We are basically created into the people we are because of our families. 

Our peer group is another agent of socialization. They shape us after our family does, and we often are introduced to new things by our peers.

Her role is a stay at home mom. Her family expects her to cook, and clean, and take care of the children. 

Mass Media encourages society to buy and consume goods, while telling society what to believe, and is another important agent of socialization. 

Schools is an agent of socialization that teaches through a hidden curriculum. Students learn things such as punctuality, which is what the clock represents.
